“ A friend invited me to have lunch here at Cajun Roux in Hoover, AL. It was a very nice atmosphere. There’s a choice of indoor or outdoor dining. The food was hot. It arrived to the table in a timely manner. The Arnold Palmer sweet tea was great. Our server was very respectful professional. When my glass was empty, I did not have to mention it to her. She automatically saw it, and brought a replacement. The food was reasonably priced; and the portions were fair; meaning, whatever you order that’s what come with it so if it comes with four pieces of fish and six shrimps and a plate of fries, that’s what you will get for whatever you order so it was good hot and I have no complaints. It was my first visit so, I will be returning again, God willing! ”
